Philip is currently employed as President/Chief Executive Officer of Woodbranch Management, Inc. which is a privately owned real estate company engaged in the management and leasing of its own properties. The Woodbranch Management portfolio consists of office buildings, parking garages, a shopping center in the greater Houston area with an office building and a downtown apartment tower under development. Lisa Chargois is a native Houstonian. She graduated from Bellaire Senior High School and attended the University of St. Thomas. Lisa has over 25 years’ experience in commercial property management and accounting. She is the Director of accounting and human resources. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing financial statements and providing complete bookkeeping service on a monthly basis for all properties. Ms. Chargois is a life coach with an interest in helping others reach their destiny in life. For fun, she loves to exercise, travel and experience new 5 star restaurants. She collects giraffes, known for their strength and curiosity, something she possesses.

Bahman is Vice President of Woodbranch Management, Inc. and has been with the company since its inception in 1988. Duties during this time include property management, construction management, and engineering. He has 38 years’ of practical (hands-on) experience and training on all aspects of building systems and structures. This includes soil mechanics, foundation, all types of building structures, curtain wall systems, masonry, roofing, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, vertical transportation, water proofing, building codes, governmental regulations, and energy management. He has been associated with BOMA since 1993 and is a Dale Carnegie graduate. He enjoys martial arts, playing guitar, working on cars, and growing orchids. He has a great sense of humor but does not know how to tell a joke!

Kim Peck has 30 years’ experience in commercial property management. She started her real estate career at Henry S. Miller under the direction of Philip Schneidau until 1992. In 1998, Kim went back to work for Philip at Woodbranch Management. As the Senior Property Manager, she oversees several commercial office buildings and is responsible for managing all operations on these properties. She received her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation in 2011 from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM.) In addition, she is an active member in both IREM and BOMA participating on numerous committees. She was honored with IREM’s Associate Member of the Year in 2006, IREM’s CPM® Candidate of the year in 2007 and 2008, and IREM’s Chairperson of the Year in 2013.

She worked for several of the larger global real estate firms, but prefers a smaller, close knit bunch like Woodbranch. In December 2020 Diane obtained her Real Estate License and in 2021 she joined Woodbranch. When not having fun at Woodbranch, Diane loves boating and hanging out with her three (3) grown children, (2) sons & (1) daughter & going roller skating with her 10 year old grandson on the weekend.
